Update COVID 19 - July 9, 2020

Currently we have opened 1 arena for some hockey camps. We anticipate the other 2 arena's opening August 10 depending how this works out. We have instituted a number of requirements to try to keep everyone safe and our facility open. Please click on the read more button for all 6 rules.
1. Please ensure that participants arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
2. For each participant, there can be only one (1) guest in the building.

COVID-19 UPDATE

East End Community Club has made the difficult decision to cancel the soccer program for players aged 12 and under.

We had initially made the decision to cancel all volunteering sessions, and had refunded by cheque, family's volunteer fees. That is, families who had chosen a volunteer option - canteen, bingo, baseball diamond clean up, etc, were refunded. Those cheques were processed over the past three weeks.

If you had the opportunity to volunteer before the community club closed, you also should have received your volunteer fee back.

Update COVID March 28

We are still closed. For those that are volunteering or are awaiting their volunteer cheque, we are going to see if the summer sports season will proceed or not. If not, we will be issuing a full refund to those that have registered thru the community club. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update

Our facility is now closed with no expectation of an opening date. We will continue to monitor the health Canada guidelines for further guidance.
