COVID -19 PROTOCOL UPDATE

TRANSCONA RAILER EXPRESS GAMES

*VISITING TEAMS CAN ENTER FACILITY 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO WARMUP, 8PM GAME TEAM ALLOWED IN AT 7PM. MUST GO DIRECTLY TO ASSIGNED DRESSING ROOM.

*TRANSCONA RAILER EXPRESS SEASON TICKET HOLDERS CAN ENTER FACILITY ONCE WARMUP STARTS

*ALL VISITOR AND WALK UP FANS CAN ENTER FACILITY 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME START

-Sanctioned teams must submit a list of rostered players to track attendance when entering the facility to the staff .
-No participant will be allowed into the facility before their team official or instructor has arrived
-Ice users must arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before scheduled ice time. Spectators can enter at start of ice time only.
-Do not congregate at the front entrance earlier than these entry times

As of Monday October 19th, there will be only one parent or spectator allowed in the facility per player. NO EXCEPTIONS.

As of Tuesday October 20th, bingo will pause until further notice.
