Our Annual AGM will be held on September 17 at 6:00 in the upper hall. Elections, Financial review, and changes to our constitution will be discussed. To run for the executive positions, you must currently hold and be on the board for 2 years in some capacity. Any changes to the constitution must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the meeting and there are no proxy voting. Please practice social distancing when attending the meeting. Residents of the Transcona East End Area are welcome to attend and/or run for positions on the board. Our boundaries are South of Kildare to the tracks and East of Day to the perimeter hwy.
